How CLIDM chooses topics, writes tutorials, and updates pages when products change.

Editorial standards

People first

We write so a careful reader can complete a task or make a decision without opening ten other tabs. Search rankings are a side effect, not the outline.

Evidence over slogans

  • Prefer checklists, definitions, and reproducible steps
  • Label uncertainty (“UI may differ by region/app version”)
  • Distinguish facts, opinions, and partner CTAs

YMYL caution

Crypto content can affect money. We avoid guaranteed outcomes, fear marketing, and medical/legal claims we cannot support.

Updates

Material product or policy changes should trigger a revision. Cosmetic “date bumps” without substance are not allowed.

Thin content we avoid

  • Doorway pages that only exist to funnel one keyword to a signup
  • Mass-produced near-duplicate articles across languages without human review
  • Copying official help centers with no added structure or risk framing

Authors

Bylines use “CLIDM Editors” unless a named contributor is attached. See About.
